Accreditation
Allan Charlton is a member of the Western Sydney group of the ASTC (NSW). They have been discussing the issue of accreditation of technical communicators at their meetings, and have come up with the following proposal. This article is a summary of the presentation that Allan and Ros Abela gave at the at the ASTC (NSW) 2003 Conference.

In November 2004, the ASTC (Vic) and Swinburne University carried out a survey to explore attitudes towards accreditation. The results of the survey were published in the March 2005 issue of Southern Communicator.
